It governs body movement. We move according to what we believe about our body.

the sense that detects your body in motion

by helping us discern movement size, position, and quality so that we can create beautiful, communicative, and healthy singing.

a conscious awareness of your inner and outer experience

what parts of my body am I moving? Can I feel micromovement? Is the quality of my movement free or effortful? Is the quality of my movement light or heavy?
