Sarah Boucher Partner Practice 12/10 Part One
Jared and I...had fun sight reading! With juries today and finals, we just wanted to do something fun. I feel like this was beneficial because sometimes I just need to be reminded of why I love singing, and sight reading musical theater pieces helps remind me! I also realized that when I sing musical theater, I have a lot less constriction in my throat. I think that is because it is closer to my natural speaking voice? It felt easier and freer...I wish I could find that in my classical singing. I think I am getting closer to but I still have a lot of work to do!
