Summary-
Often times the words we use to describe what we are doing or what others are doing become old. They no longer give the sensations we are trying to project. Sometimes we need to change up our vocabulary to bring new life and freshness to the things we are doing. Words become old and tired and in turn the pieces become old and tired. We need to rejuvenate our vocabulary which will in turn rejuvenate our ignition. When we break away from the boundaries our normal words put us in, we open ourselves up to greater improvement and new life in whatever we are doing. We sometimes we get attached to verbal cues instead of step by step instructions. Words are so powerful.
Key Concept-  when verbal cues start causing us to do unwanted things we need to change those words and refresh our vocabulary.
Connection- I feel like Cindy is constantly switching up her vocabulary with me. Sometimes words or concepts that caused me to be free start pulling me in a different direction. We have to then change what we say to describe the sensations in order to produce the results we want
