Sarah G. and I had two joint practices this week.
On Monday November 4, we focused on proper air techniques. Speaking then singing lines. Sarah made significant progress on a run she was having trouble with by posturing in different positions.
On Wednesday November 6, We worked on the little hang ups that get in our way for memory under stress. Sarah played with different positions again and sounded incredible curled up in a ball on top of the piano bench. I worked on some rhythms that were myelinated wrong. We spent a lot of time discussing strategies for preparing for recital.
