Sarah Gee 11/5 lesson

I'm feeling like a failure this week. Which isn't true and which is getting in the way of me doing the things that I know how to do. I get stuck in these ruts and stuck placing judgement after judgement on myself. I haven't been stuck this semester as much but today I'm feeeeling it. Inspite of these feelings I learned a lot in my lesson today. I learned that I need to give more specific instructions to myself to point to a clearly outlined path. I doing that there is only one way to go. striving for more space is good only as long as you have a specific way in finding that space. You have to go out and find that space by giving yourself good directions.
