Chapter Summary: Wholism... I feel like he's repeating himself a lot in this chapter. We need to take responsibility for our decisions in every facet of our lives and we need to live a healthy lifestyle. We need balance, we need to have a life, we need to relax, we need to work hard, and we need to not be overly concerned or consumed by anything. Balance. We need to hydrate and take care of our bodies. We need to have adequate amounts of rest. Don't smoke. Eat a balanced diet. Exercise. Balance.
Key Concept: There is a time and place for everything. We need balance in every part of our lives.

I don't do a very good job taking care of myself to be honest. I drink enough water but I don't always have a regular sleep or eating schedule and I have medical conditions that particularly require that I do so. I'm working on it, I honestly am.
