Sarah Gee ER Ch 9

It is explained in this chapter how if we visualize what it is that we need to accomplish, we can accomplish that task with much greater ease.  The more accurate the internal picture/sensation is the more accurate we perform. This technique is especially helpful when going for a more difficult passage of music. Our minds and bodies were meant to work together, without us telling it to.
Key Concepts:
The ability to completely live through in your mind very note and every breath and every part of your song as a whole in order the more accurate your actual performance will be.
Key Words:
Visualize
Muscular impulses
Auditory sensations
Clear image
Pre-seeing
Internal Thinking
Internal Rehearsal
Instant pre-play
Thinking ahead
Connections: This visualizing stuff reminds me of the idea of a mental map from the talent code
