Chapter Summary: Change brings improvement, but sometimes it is scary to let go of your problems, because of the unknown ahead. At times it may feel like we are frustrated and ready to be rid of our problems, but in reality we hold onto them for dear life. It's comes to the point where we must trust ourselves, and let go of our problems in order to progress.

Key Concepts: Practicing with caution can be a good thing at the beginning, but it comes to a point where it can only hold you back. Practicing a piece cautiously will only cause a performer to perform the piece cautiously. "fling caution to the winds", "What does your problem buy you?"
Making Connections: I think this could easily be one of my problems. Subconsciously, I think I get scared to trust my abilities, but in the end, it is the leap of faith that I need to be rid of my vocal faults.
