I ended up performing in my group cycle.
Did anyone notice that I came in two measures early?....Mwahahahahhaha!

I love that rich depth in her sound, especially as she cuts loose on the lower notes. She has obviously been doing work with expression. Her performance today was like night and day better than her first presentation at VRH this year.

She is gasping a little bit more than usual today. Her tone is light, but also resonant and has a sort of solidness to it.
I feel (especially today) as if there's this amazing diva of a voice playing hide and seek from us behind that shy nervous exterior. It is always so hard when you get befuddled in front of people. Kudos for being willing to go up again when given the chance.
