Teachers need to understand that there will be some students who do not learn like the rest. It doesn't
Mean they aren't as smart as everybody else, it just means they learn differently. It might take a lot of time and effort to figure out how a unique student learns, but in the end it will be worth it. Some people can sight read with amazing ease but can't memorize a piece. And visa versa. Some peoples brains learn and work much different than our own, and we have to find a way to be able to access that process
Key concept: everyone is wired differently, it doesn't mean one of us is dumber or smarter this the other, we just learn differently.
Key terms: juggling.
Connection: I need to be able and willing time try new things that may seem odd at first, but in the end may help my learning process and the learning process of others.
