Jared Daley body mapping

Mostly with this exercise I was just happy to get a break from my crazy life. As i did it however, I learn quite a bit about my body. The most important discovery I found was in my lower back and my hips. Apparently when i think I'm standing normally my hips are jutted forward and my butt rasies a little. I think this is to compensate for lower back pain i've had in the past. Also this sound really stupid, but I've always had a nice big booty so i think i subconsciously push it out as well. For reals! it was such a weird experience to see in the mirror what i was doing, and to compare it to what i thought i had already been doing. I feel my right shoulder was lower than my left. I think that comes from my shoulder bag which i primarily carry on my right side. My ankle joints were also interesting. They pop a lot. In simply just rolling my ankle, my right one pops every single time. It was nice to get to know those joints better. Overall it was a great self discovery time. I enjoyed it and think I've learned some new helpful things.
