Soprano On Her Head
Chapter 1 Summary
Summary: This
chapter talks about a group of individuals going through the process of
overcoming their barriers in music. For a Soprano, all she had to do was be put
in an unfamiliar position to free up her sound. A pianist who struggles with
playing perfectly just needed to have fun and play the piece in a different
way. All of us have musical weaknesses, but we just need to learn to let
certain things go to improve.

at things in a new light, or from a different perspective can often help us
more than anything else would.

Making Connections: Maybe I should try singing on my head? : ) Maybe I need to try and be more creative in how I practice. I feel like I am someone who worries and tries to hard, I psyche myself out. Maybe I just need to have more fun, or just not worry as much.
