Taylee. Summary: It was pointed out earlier in the book that character is just like any other skill or talent. The Talent Code can be applied to more than "talents", but to real life situations, just like what was done with the personal trait of "character". Whether it be business or education, we are all learning to become better. Therefore the process of "the talent code" can be applied because we are growing.

Making Connections: I've always liked to be a well rounded person. I had already started thinking about applying these concepts outside of singing, but I really appreciated reading about real life situations where they were being applied. By using the talent code in other areas, I will improve on the skill of using the talent code. Just because I'm not detecting and correcting errors in singing 24/7, I can still develop my ability to do so when I apply this book to all of my learning.
