Summary-
Our minds are so powerful. We can inhibit our own selves with the Judges we have created in our head. It's important to seek out those judges and give them a face and a voice. We need to recognize them when they get in our way. We must learn to have power over them. We can change them into something ridiculous. We have to take away their power and sense that our power is greater than theirs. Our Judges can take on the form of many things, such as family and friends. It is of utmost importance to be able to ignore them or get rid of them. We have the ability to accomplish great things we don't need those roadblocks and walls built by judges.
Key concept - It is important to be able to recognize and change those judges in our minds, doing so gives us power over them.
Connection- I often hear myself saying, oh I'm not an opera singer. so i have that judge in my head all the time telling me i'll never be able to sing opera. I'll always be tense. Doing this builds a wall and makes it that much harder to overcome. I need to kick that judge's ass.
