Ignitions don't just spontaneously happen, they can be created. With y a long term goal oriented lifestyle filled with constant primal cues, ignition and sustained ignition can be created and maintained. Creating a system of precision can ignite a passion for deep practice. KIPP schools have such a system in place. They create a sense of belonging that is needed. They also collectively have the same long term achievable goal. They are constantly focused and reminded on their goal of getting into college. All of their aims and cues are centered on that goal. This creates ignition and keeps the passion burning.
