E. I usually have a lot of intense emotion when I sing this on my own as my family has been touched by war on a very deep level, btu I feel that absolutely NONE of that transferred today.
O. Frustrated. Horrified. Angry, nervous, embarrassed, Felt like everything I worked so hard on for the past six months and all the progress I made went right out the window.
My biggest issue: I lack the courage to believe in my sound at lower volume levels, to know that I am being heard, so that I can get back to the awesome stuff I learned rather than trying to blast away at that stupid choir room where I feel like I disappear vocally.
I am sorry to say that had I seen myself from the outside, that I would not have anythng nice to say if at all. It was a total disaster.
