The keys to master coaching are broken down into four virtues. 1) THE MATRIX, Depth of knowledge and the ability to apply it or pass it on in the most efficient way. 2) PERCEPTIVENESS , The ability to size up a student quickly and customize the best teaching method to use for them. Also, the ability to gauge how well each student is absorbing the material or skill instruction. 3) THE GPS REFLEX, Short, quick, to the point instructions like the kind you get from a GPS in your car that gets the student from point "wannabe" to point"Much better!" 4) THEATRICAL HONESTY, The ability to communicate in a way that connects with a student whether loud or soft, high or low, crazy off the wall or completely stoic.
Key concepts: You'd better know your stuff. Knowing hoe people tick and how they learn is just as important as knowledge of the skill you are teaching.

Connections: A good teacher matches the right action or reaction to fit the student and their performance level in order to have the correct circuit pathway firing in repetition towards the goal.
