3. Define body map. (2)a mental representation of your body's size, structure, and function.

6. How does kinesthesia help us? (2)It helps us to clearly discern movement size, position, and quality, which is vital for beautiful, communicative, and healthy singing.

(4-5) Study (anatomical illustrations and models), use the mirror (to figure out how it relates to you), draw the area to be mapped (to see hos close or far off you are from reality), ask specific questions (what is it? Where is it/ what does it do?), relate (where is is and how does it connect to everything else?), Move (try it out with the moving and the singing and the comparing).
