2.  Who originated body mapping? (1)
                  William Conable originated body mapping.
3.  Define body map. (2)
                  The body map is a mental representation of your body’s size, structure, and function.
4.  How does your body map influence body movement? (2)
                  Your perception of your body map governs the movement that you make. Therefore, we will move based on how we view our bodies’ size, structure, and function.
5.  Define kinesthesia. (2)
                  Kinesthesia is the sense that your body is in motion.
6.  How does kinesthesia help us? (2)
                  Kinesthesia helps us by giving the body awareness of how its moving/functioning and whether we are functioning properly.
7.  Define inclusive awareness. (2, 7-8)
                  Inclusive awareness is conscious, simultaneous organized knowledge of your inner and outer experience.
8.  What are the three elements of your body map? (3)
                  The three elements of your body are size, structure, and function
9.  Describe the methods suggested for correcting and refining your body map. (4-5)
                  Study: compare accurate anatomy to what you see on your own body
                  Use the mirror: test to see how you perceive your body compare to what you actually see the mirror.
                  Draw the area to be mapped: compare your drawings of your body to actual anatomical illustrations and 3D models.
                  Ask specific questions: Ask questions about your body that pertains to its size, function, and shape.  
                  Relate: After having a clear and accurate map of your body you can relate that section to your body as a whole.
                  Move: Applying all of the awareness from above to singing.
10.  What are the three virtues of your kinesthetic sense? (5)
                  1.Sensitivity
                  2.Discrimination
                  3.Responsiveness
11. What are the 4 questions we can ask to fine tune our kinesthesia? (6-7)
                  1. What parts of my body and I moving?
                  2. Can I feel mircomovement?
                  3.  Is the quality of my movement free and effortful?
                  4. Is the quality of my movement light or heavy?
12.  Describe the three types of attention. (8)
                  1.Concentration:  focusing on a specific object/ just one thing. 
                  2. Rapid Scanning: rapidly moving your attention from one thing to the next.

                  3. Inclusive Awareness: is the attention that is aware of ones surroundings or problems with oneself.
