Daniel Coyle shows us how painfully simple the strategies used in deep practicing are. It is explained that you must first see the project as a whole. You should then break it down into small chunks and then slow them down to know it inside and out. Then you do this process over and over and over until it is set in your mind. Each time keeping in mind the techniques you must employ to reach your goals, displayed by the model behavior and approaching it in several different ways to find the balance you want in a performance. Also give it meaning and depth in your deep practicing.
